Deep breaths, it's the holidays...

The holidays have been an immensely lovely break. You don’t know how much you need it until you’re in it. Deep breaths, dont check email, spend time with family, don’t check email, sleep in, dont check email, eat all the food in the world, etc. And as we slowly move forward into the big 2020, we feel the building wave that is to come in the new year. We therefore rest in this low tide, savouring these moments, being still, and thinking about the present. For tomorrow will come, and there will be plenty of time for riding the high and glorious seas we are all able to manifest. Happy holidays, and especially, happy new years.
